About

A Lebanese composer, who is convinced that Lebanon is the centre of the world, along with his friend, a lover of art and science, with a particular fondness for Scotland, embark on a long journey to Aberdeen. Jules Verne’s Backwards to Britain is the starting point of this very free and imaginative musical adaptation by the Franco-Lebanese composer Zad Moultaka for two ensembles: the Red Note Ensemble (Scotland) and the Percussions Claviers de Lyon (France).

A delirious journey full of narrative, images, instruments and percussion.
